Email and Diary Management

Bookkeeping

Email Marketing/Sending Newsletters
This service includes checking emails twice a day, responding as necessary, highlighting emails that need immediate action, moving emails into pre-agreed folders. Arranging meetings, and keeping diary free on certain days/times to ensure client has time to focus on work.
This service includes creating invoices, chasing debtors, monthly reconciliation, monthly VAT returns (if applicable), yearly tax returns, and running payroll.
Creating email marketing campaigns as directed, sending special offer emails to clients, etc., creating landing pages to encourage new email subscribers. I am proficient in both Mailerlite and Flodesk.

Website Design and Maintenance
Designing a website to client's specifications - including the pages, text, and colour scheme. Maintenance packages for alterations/additions can also be agreed. I am proficient in Wix, Wordpress, and Shopify.

Administrative Support
I also carry out the more traditional administrative tasks - copy typing, audio typing, and even shorthand! I am also proficient in minute taking. As I hold a law degree, I have knowledge of both legal terminology and practices. My particular area of interest is family law, and I have extensive experience in taking minutes at case conferences, experts' meetings, and all court hearings.

Project Management
I have considerable experience of Asana, Trello, and Click-Up and with the use of any of these project management tools, I can help you and your team stay organised and consistency meet your deadlines.
